ΑSSIST-IoT proudly announces the ASSIST-IoT OC2 winners! Many thanks to all participants for submitting their proposals! In total 34 Open Call proposals were received from 10 countries, out of which, after a detailed evaluation period, 8 Open Call projects have been selected as the winning ones.

Open Call Winner, project RAZOR by insigh.io, completed their task and has provided a detailed report.
Statistics show that many road accidents are caused directly by poor road conditions and by the drivers’ reaction to incidents and hazards resulted by improper road design or construction. In addition, road network infrastructure, from local roads to larger arterials and interstates, require significant financial investment for maintenance. Typically, this incurs costs of several thousands of euros per km, depending on the road type.

The 2nd ASSIST-IoT Open Call closed on 15th January 2023 at 17:00 CET. The express of interest was really high and in total 34 open call proposals were submitted. Notifications on funding or rejections will be sent out to all participants together with any feedback, by early March 2023. More details on statistics are provided further below. Ιnsighio, a Greek SME, ASSIST-IoT Open Call #1 winner, presented RAZOR project (funded by ASSIST-IoT) during DigiFed event on November 30th 2022.
DigiFed is one of the 16 EU funded H2020 projects under the umbrella of SAE and is dedicated to supporting EU industries to digitalize their product & services and reach new markets enabled by Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) & Embedded Systems.
