ASSIST-IoT 1st Open Call Announcement
The 1st ASSIST-IoT Open Call is officially announced and starts at 1st of November! The ASSIST-IoT project has reserved part of the project budget to fund specific activities in order to enhance and improve IoT features and applications and boost the NGIoT community across Europe. The latest NGIoT newsflash (Issue 2 – August 2021) is now available online. The presence and the events organised by NGIoT, EU-IoT and rest ICT-56 EU projects during the IoT Week 2021 (30/8 – 3/9) are highlighted in this issue. 
Are you a developer interested in Mobile Sustainable IoT solutions? The Cooperation and Support Action EU-IoT is organizing an online Hackathon (30 August 2021- EU-IoT Forum, co-located with IoT Week, Dublin) with focus on Mobile Sustainable IoT solutions to encourage developers, students, researchers to discuss, cooperate and develop open-source solutions focused on the EU-IoT scope area : tactile Internet/Human-centric interfaces); Near/Far edge aspects; Infrastructure; Data spaces.

The purpose of this survey is to assess the current adoption and actual needs for the adoption of Next Generation Internet technologies in the industry. It is addressed to key representatives of European industries that have contact with ICT technologies.

ASSIST-IoT project and its partners invite you to the online Webinar-Workshop “Towards Market Review” on Monday 18 January 2021 at 10:00-11:00 CET. This online workshop is organized within the framework of ASSIST-IoT WP3 “Requirements, Specifications and Architecture”. 
ASSIST-IoT partner Marcin Paprzycki from IBSPAN presented ASSIST-IoT project in the 5th IEEE International Conference on Recent Advances and Innovations in Engineering on the 1st of December 2020. The presentation provided an overview of ASSIST-IoT and the NGIoT ecosystems.
The ASSIST-IoT consortium is consisted of 15 partners from all over Europe representing 7 countries, clustering a well balanced mixture of stakeholders. Consortium combines expertise required to create, evaluate and promote innovative, transferable and sustainable results.
