ASSIST-IoT “Next Generation Internet Industry” Online Survey

Interested in IoT and ICT technologies? Take part in ASSIST-IoT “Next Generation Internet Industry” Online Survey. The purpose of this survey is to assess the current adoption and actual needs for the adoption of Next Generation Internet technologies in the industry. It is addressed to key representatives of European industries that have contact with ICT technologies. This study is done under the scope of the EU project ASSIST-IoT, coordinated by Prof. Carlos Palau, from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain). ASSIST-IoT aims at design, implementation, and validation of an open, decentralized reference architecture to assist human-centric applications in multiple verticals. Instances of the architecture will be supported by key enablers, like edge/fog computing, (semi-)autonomy, distributed AI, smart devices, interoperability, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) atop a smart network infrastructure, with low latency capabilities, allowing execution of context-aware applications with new interaction interfaces (e.g., AR/VR/MR), etc. The proposed solution will integrate AI-based functions transferring intelligence closer to the edge (data sources), including devices.

The ASSIST-IoT survey runs up to 29 January 2021. Please access the survey here
