ASSIST-IoT 2nd Open Call Announcement
The 2nd ASSIST-IoT Open Call is officially announced and starts at 1st of July 2022! The ASSIST-IoT project has reserved part of the project budget to fund specific activities in order to enhance and improve IoT features and applications and boost the NGIoT community across Europe. ASSIST-IoT proudly announces the 7 ASSIST-IoT OC1 winners. Thank you all participants for submitting their proposals! In total 37 Open Call proposals were received from 13 countries, out of which, after a detailed evaluation period, 7 Open Call proposals have been selected as the winning ones.
The 1st ASSIST-IoT Open Call closed on Monday 28th of February 2022. The express of interest was really high and in total 37 open call proposals were submitted. Notifications on funding or rejections will be sent out to all participants together with any feedback, by May 19th 2022.
The 1st ASSIST-IoT Open Call is still open! ASSIST-IoT Open Call aims at funding innovative proposals that will enhance ASSIST-IoT objectives framed within one (out of its three) pilot(s). In particular, Open Call proposals are expected to address one specific challenge out of a list of possible challenges formulated by each pilot. Third parties are expected to come along and carry out relevant actions during the project’s life cycle. You may submit your proposal up to 28 February 2022 17:00 CET. 
A Vision on Smart, Decentralised Edge Computing Research Directions White paper. The EU-IoT White paper entitled “A Vision on Smart, Decentralised Edge Computing Research Directions” is now available! You may also find information about ASSIST-IoT project in page 15.
The NGIoT Newsflash issue 7 is now available. In this is issue you may read information about the European Big Data Value Forum which took place on December 1st and all recent NGIoT publications!
