The EU-IoT Training Workshops Series: Next Generation IoT Architectures will take place on November 9, 2021. Prof. Carlos Palau (Universitat Politècnica de València UPV) , ASSIST-IoT coordinator, will present “The ASSIST-IoT Architecture”.

The Cooperation and Support Action EU-IoT is organizing an online Hackathon (30 August 2021- EU-IoT Forum, co-located with IoT Week, Dublin) with focus on Mobile Sustainable IoT solutions to encourage developers, students, researchers to discuss, cooperate and develop open-source solutions focused on the EU-IoT scope area : tactile Internet/Human-centric interfaces); Near/Far edge aspects; Infrastructure; Data spaces.

The Next Generation Internet of Things (NGIoT) initiative is a growing community of projects and related initiatives at work to maximise the power of IoT made in Europe. NGIoT works to lower the barrier for adoption and development of IoT-empowered solutions, by supporting business models, innovation and skills. In a “network of network” ecosystem, NGIoT consists of ongoing projects and upcoming funding opportunities at work for a human-centric and sustainable digital transition. 
The European Technology Platform ALICE is set-up to develop a comprehensive strategy for research, innovation and market deployment of logistics and supply chain management innovation in Europe. The platform will support and assist and advise the European Commission into the implementation of the EU Program for research: Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe in the area of Logistics.
