Are you a developer interested in Mobile Sustainable IoT solutions? The Cooperation and Support Action EU-IoT is organizing an online Hackathon (30 August 2021- EU-IoT Forum, co-located with IoT Week, Dublin) with focus on Mobile Sustainable IoT solutions to encourage developers, students, researchers to discuss, cooperate and develop open-source solutions focused on the EU-IoT scope area : tactile Internet/Human-centric interfaces); Near/Far edge aspects; Infrastructure; Data spaces.

Technical Report #4 entitled: “Implementing autonomic Internet of Things ecosystems – practical considerations”by ASSIST-IoT partners: Kumar Nalinaksh, Piotr Lewandowski, Maria Ganzha, Marcin Paprzycki, Wiesław Pawłowski, and Katarzyna Wasielewska-Michniewska has been published. Development of next generation Internet of Things ecosystems will require bringing in (semi-)autonomic behaviors.
ASSIST-IoT partners, Patryk Zradziński, Jolanta Karpowicz, Krzysztof Gryz, Grzegorz Owczarek and Victoria Ramos have published a journal paper on MDPI Sensors entitled: “Modelling and Evaluation of the Absorption of the 866 MHz Electromagnetic Field in Humans Exposed near to Fixed I-RFID Readers Used in Medical RTLS or to Monitor PPE”.
