Carlos Guardiola (Universitat Politècnica de València UPV) presented the ASSIST-IoT paper “From OBD to Connected Diagnostics: A Game Changer at Fleet, Vehicle and Component Level” at 6th IFAC Conference on Engine and Powertrain Control, Simulation and Modeling (E-COSM 2021), August 23-25, 2021, which took place in Tokyo, Japan.

Marcin Paprzycki from SRIPAS (ASSIST-IoT partner) presented “Introduction to Federated Learning” in the EU-IoT Training Workshops Series: AIoT and Edge Machine Learning – Unleashing the Power of IoT Analytics at the Edge – on Friday May 21, 2021. This was an online event organised by NGIoT/EU-IoT as part of the EU-IoT Training Workshops Series. 
Marcin Paprzycki from SRIPAS, ASSIST-IoT partner, represented ASSIST-IoT project as a key note speaker in the International Conference on Computational Science – ICCS 2021 (30 April 2021, India). A lecture-presentation entitled “ASSIST-IoT: Introduction to Federated Learning” was made online during Parallel Session 1 on the 30th of April 2021.
ASSIST-IoT project is part of NGIoT community. ASSIST-IoT is a EU H2020 ICT-56-2020 funded research project which aims at design, implementation and validation of an open, decentralized reference architecture, associated enablers, services and tools, to assist human-centric applications in multiple verticals.

Marcin Paprzycki from SRIPAS represented ASSIST-IoT project in the 3rd International Conference on Smart Systems: Innovations in Computing, that took place in Jaipur, India on January 2021. The Presentation was titled Smart Systems: Innovations in Computing, that took place in Jaipur, India on January 2021 Onwards Edge-Fog-Cloud Continuum in the Next-Gen IoT Ecosystems.
