ASSIST-IoT project is part of NGIoT community. ASSIST-IoT is a EU H2020 ICT-56-2020 funded research project which aims at design, implementation and validation of an open, decentralized reference architecture, associated enablers, services and tools, to assist human-centric applications in multiple verticals. A very interesting online event about EdgeComputing and IoT ecosystems is scheduled for the April 22 (09:30-16:30 CEST) by the European Commission. The next-generation IoT and edge computing are of great strategic importance for European industry in the data economy.
A very interesting website article (in Spanish) by Economía3 describes the basic pilots and the nature of ASSIST-IoT project. It also presents the benefits of an IoT ecosystem in the recent world. The title is “La industria encara sus retos tecnológicos con IA e Internet de las cosas”

Marcin Paprzycki from SRIPAS represented ASSIST-IoT project in the 3rd International Conference on Smart Systems: Innovations in Computing, that took place in Jaipur, India on January 2021.
